Programs at Hope Project are run by two organisations:

Trustees are helped by an advisory board to direct and support further development of the organization. Members of the advisory board are:

Mr. Richard Glantz, Chairman and Treasurer of the International board. Richard lives in the US and is a lawyer and a mediator. He is a member of several charitable boards in the US, including non-profits.

Mr. Martin Zahir Roehrs lives in France and is the Secretary General of the Sufi Order International.He has been associated with the Hope Project for last 25 years.

Mr. David Shahbuddin Less lives in the States and is a spiritual teacher for the Sufi Order. His association with Hope goes back to its inception.

Ms. Anna Less is the Board’s Secretary and lives in the US. She practices and teaches traditional Chinese medicine.

Mr. Heiko Schrader looks after Public Relations and fundraising for the project in Germany. He is a professor of Sociology at the University of Magdeburg, Germany.

Mr. G. J. Manschot is the Board’s facilitator and lives in the Netherlands. He works as a management consultant in the fields of project and process management, a mediator and coach.

Ms. Carmen Hussain. An educationalist residing in India, Carmen was associated with the project from 1986 and was Executive Director of the Hope Project for 12 years.

Quan Yin Lynne Williams, MD is a trained pediatrician and child psychiatrist with an interest in health care and education for children. She lives in Washington State, USA.

Abrar Khan, a training and management consultant, is an Indian resident. He worked as a senior adviser with the Center for Development and Population Activities and taught in the Department of Social Work, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.

Hazrat Inayat Khan Foundation is a private limited company, registered under Sec 25 of Companies Act in 2004, with the following Directors:
